   Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents. XL Consulting will not be liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the client.

3. Service Fees
   Fees for consultancy services will be communicated in writing prior to engagement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Third-Party Services
   XL Consulting may recommend or liaise with third-party service providers (e.g., universities, travel agencies, accommodation providers). We are not liable for any issues, delays, or damages resulting from these third parties.

5. Visa & Admission Decisions
   Visa approvals and university admissions are subject to the policies and decisions of the respective authorities. XL Consulting cannot guarantee approvals but will provide full guidance to maximise the chances of success.

6. Confidentiality
   All personal information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Limitation of Liability
   While we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, XL Consulting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from our services.

8. Changes to Terms
   XL Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official communication channels.
